Our dried and preserved flowers can last several years in good quality, however, there are several precautions to be taken:

• Unpack the order upon receipt carefully (In case of doubt, request additional information)
• Place items in a dry and ventilated place away from sunlight
• Do not add water
• Clean the dust regularly with a hairdryer and at a distance to avoid damaging the flowers.

When you request a quote for an order on our website, we check that each item meets the customer’s needs and we check the best way to ship each order.

We monitor each customer and their order individually.

For shipping work with several external platforms in order to provide the best service with reduced costs. Depending on your location and the type of order, our team can help you choose the best shipping system for your order.

You can choose to use the Vinted or Wallapop platforms or shipping via Mondial Relay/Inpost or you can choose express shipping.

Most of our products are produced by us, however availability is dependent on existing stocks and the production season and procedures required for drying and treatment.

In some cases, when a response to a quotation is sent, the product may be available, but if the customer, for some reason, takes a long time to complete the order/payment and another customer requests the same item, the item is sent to the first customer to finalize/ pay for the order regardless of whether he was the first to place the order.

Some items must be ordered 90 days in advance and an advance payment of the amount may be requested.

NOTE: Dried flowers are natural products so they may not all be homogeneous and have the same tone, as well as in the dyeing or bleaching process the result may have slight changes so we cannot guarantee a homogeneous product that is identical to the photo that appears in the site.

Depending on the level of customization, there may be associated costs, request a quote to check.

Our production department will be happy to satisfy your request and make your experience of doing business with us a very pleasant one.

However, the production department may refuse to make a customization.

Wholesale customers with commercial registration can purchase our items at a resale price by purchasing resale quantities and proving their commercial registration and tax number.

Due to the nature of our items and the high level of customization, we cannot offer returns on items purchased on our website. When there is a problem with an order, we try to resolve it in the best possible way and try to verify the responsibility for the problem.
